1、美国：公布第六批关税排除清单，将豁免110种中国进口商品
7月9日，美国贸易代表办公室（USTR）发布了最新一批加征关税排除产品清单通知，具体执行时间未定，USTR将在45天-90天内在联邦公报中公布。通知批准110项（产品主要为医疗设备和电子元件等）针对美国对华301征税340亿清单的产品排除申请。

2、10月1日起，21类产品正式纳入CCC强制认证
7月9日，国家市场监督管理总局发布关于防爆电气等产品由生产许可转为强制性产品认证管理实施要求的公告，公告指出：
1.自2019年10月1日起，防爆电气、家用燃气器具和标定容积500L以上家用电冰箱纳入CCC认证管理范围，各指定认证机构开始受理认证委托。
2.各省级市场监管部门停止受理相关生产许可证申请，已受理的依法终止行政许可程序。
3.自2020年10月1日起，以上产品未获得强制性产品认证证书和未标注强制性认证标志，不得出厂、销售、进口或在其他经营活动中使用。
3、沙特：8月起SABER强制列表再新增5类产品
自2019年8月1日起，以下五类产品必须使用SABER系统提交申请并取得相关的证书：
1. Technical regulation for electrical self balancing boards (scooters).

4、澳大利亚：码头工人罢工，4大主要港口受影响
7月8日(本周一)，澳大利亚各地的DP World码头工人发起罢工。布里斯班码头工人罢工48小时为起点，弗里曼特尔、墨尔本和悉尼港的工人则宣布将在本周的周三至周五陆续开始罢工示威，要求其作业场所安全、工人尊严以及工作本身能够得到保障。该次罢工将致8日到14日（本周末）的到港的货物面临延误。
5、美国：商务部将解禁对华为供货
根据多家西方媒体报道，美国商务部将允许部分美国企业继续与中国的华为公司做生意，向该公司出售产品。这一消息也得到了美国商务部官方网站的确认。
