又到外贸淡季了,因为欧美买家基本都要在这段时间内给自己安排一到两周的度假之旅。《2023全球度假晴雨表》显示,4个欧洲人中就有3个安排了今年的夏季度假,63%的美国人也计划在6月-9月期间度假。

即使淡季,也不是完全没有商机,其实对于做业务的来说,努力就是旺季,不努力永远都是淡季。

如何应对欧美休假客户?

1、确认客户的休假时间:为了能够更好地安排工作,也为了避免打扰到客户,给客户留下不好的印象。外贸人最好提前向客户确认休假时长,什么时候开始,什么时候结束。
2、提前安排好手头的工作:在客户休假前,就把手头上正在生产的订单、出货细节跟客人一一确认。否则客人远离本国去休假时,可能不会接听 工作电话,也不会回复工作邮件,到时候找不到人,会耽误生产和发货。

3、留下客户紧急联系方式:如果可以,请尝试让客人留下随时可以找到的联系方式,因为在货物生产、订单履行的过程中总是会出现这样或那样的意外事件,有时不得不与其亲自确认。

4、引导客户休假前下单:如果客人没下单,那么应该说服他在度假前下单,这样的话,等他度完假回来,生产也接近尾声或是完成了。

5、给自己充电:如果淡季来临之时,实在闲得发慌,那也找些事情充实自己。比如有做亚马逊等平台的,多上传一些产品,也可以完善产品信息。平时没时间使用搜索软件的,可以淡季的时候操作一下搜索软件,每天多发一些邮件。

6、维护老客户:遇到淡季,你就能体会到老客户的珍贵了,特别是采购品种丰富的老客户,在这段时间多问问他们的需求,肯定比干别的收获多。

7、培养新客户:7、8月份其实也是买家那边比较闲的时候,这点可没什么不好,至少他有时间跟你谈谈合作了,要是一天到晚忙着出货,你哪能找到交流的机会。

8、多开发其他国家:有很多国家是不放高温假的,而且在南半球,比如巴西、智利、南非、澳大利亚等。

9、处理未解决事项:将一些平时没有时间处理的事情拿出来,在外贸淡季解决。

10、收集更多客户信息:采集客户资源,分析客户来源,这样才能更快更准确的开发客户,为你的企业带来最大收益。

1.利用公司现有的B2B平台,注册新平台
