第一步:和客户打招呼,告知客户我开工了


开工相关的英文短语

kick off
如果你把“开工”翻成“start working”,会显得死板生硬,因为它仅仅描述“开始工作”这样一个动作,kick off是一个形象生动的表达。

这是一个源自于足球(或橄榄球)比赛的说法,kick off最本初的意思指“踢开”,在足球比赛中,kick off意为“开球”。久而久之,kick off就慢慢具备了“开始”的含义,可以替代被用滥的start或begin。所以“开工”可以说成:Let’s kick off the work! 或直接说成 Let’s kick off!

back to work
你可以说:We are back to work 或者 Our company gets back to work.
resume operation/resume production
这两个是常见表达复产的短语。
其他开工短语:

return to work

开工邮件可参考如下:

春节期间发询盘的新客户
这类型客户按照平时回复就可以,当然可以说明一下由于长假原因而没有及时回复,外商一般都会表示理解。

We are come back for work today, our quotation has been updated and we will send it to you if you need it. any other need please also feel free to contact me, thanks.
(我们今天回来上班了,我们的报价单已经更新,如果您需要,我们将给您发送,任何其他的需要也请联系我,谢谢。)

问过价格的或者沟通深入但没有下单的客户
对于这些客户,是我们应争取的新客户,也是我们要重点跟进的对象,一般是这样跟进:
“您好,春节快乐,希望我们的节日气氛也能让您感到开心.
我们今天第一天上班,工厂已经恢复正常生产,供货量充足,不知道您是否采购到了产品,如果您有急需,请来函咨询。
我可以为您发出价格表供您参考(如表格),货期为多少。”
"Dear XXX, Happy Chinese New Year! 
I hope this joyful festival would bring you happiness as well!
We are back to work today. The factory has resumed its normal production and the supply is sufficient. If you have urgent needs on certain products, please write to us.
I can send you a price list for your reference and what is the delivery period."
另外,也可以问问客户新年想找什么样的新款式,我们可以帮忙找。2月份通常是采购旺季,一般客户都需要寻找新的款式,这样写可以得到的回复率是很高的。


有联系但基本没有回复的客户

对于这种类型客户,批量发布即可,一下可以作为参考:
“您好,新年好,我们刚过完春节,工厂重新上班,我们新的一年产量可以达到XXX,价格为XXX(低价诱惑),有效期至XXX,产品优势是XXX,如果您有急需,请与我联系”。
"Dear XXX, Happy Chinese New Year! The Spring Festival is over and the factory is back to work. Our new year output can reach XXX , the price will be XXX (provide an unbeatable price), the special offer will end on XXX (date), if you have any urgent needs, please feel free to contact me."

除了这些,必须要注意的是应对年后供货不足的问题,在这种情况下应该掌握跟进主动权,以便在节后物流商正常工作以后,能迅速恢复自身的营销,往往处于主动位置。
这边分享一个客户跟进的邮件:
Dear XXX,
How are you? Happy Chinese New Year. I hope this joyful festival would bring you happiness as well!
We are back to work today and everything is back to normal. The production is ongoing and since we have prepared the raw materials before the holiday, we can run up to XXX pieces of production and provide up to XXX products within this month.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are looking for XXX (products) urgently. We can arrange the shipment immediately.

第二步:及时修改网站上显示的假期时间

假如春节前你有这样的改动的话,那要及时修改,另外,邮箱设置了自动回复的,在线沟通工具上设置了上班时间的,都要及时修改和更新,免影响客户看到了影响客户给你发询盘意向。

第三步:联系一下工厂或者供应商

拜个年,然后通知其我们已经上班,确定一下其什么时候工人到岗并可以接单生产,供货能力如何,了解产品价格的变动,可否给我们做好报价的准备等信息。

第四步:联系一下货代

拜个年,也告知其我们已经上班,然后了解一下春节过后拖头和船务的信息是否有变动调整,舱位如何,什么时候可以正常运输等信息。

第五步:对在进行的订单进行归类整理

对订单里所提及的问题比如订单涉及船运的、产品生产进度的、提单的、样品尺寸型号的等等,进行分类记录登记,然后按图索骥,分别咨询清楚。要准备好以上信息,等待的反馈时间比较久,这里你要调整心态,确定哪些是应该做好的了,你可以根据时间的进度和客户的特点,对客户进行简单的分析,并进行分类。并把上边收集的信息和准备的资料进行筛选和匹配,条理清晰,了然于胸才可以准确进行跟进。下边是分类和以及该如何跟进。

第六步:回复询盘和处理邮件

收到询盘的邮件要根据处理邮件要按照“轻重缓急”来进行,重要且紧急的放第一位,紧急不重要的放第二位,重要不紧急的放第三位,不重要不紧急的放最后再处理。
跟进汇报邮件可参考如下:
Dear Sir,
We return to work today,  and I check the goods may arrive at the port the day after tomorrow. I will sort out the delivery materials today and send them to you tomorrow. any questions please contact me in any time, glad to serve for you .
(我们今天上班了,我查看到货物可能后天到港,我今天会整理提货资料,明天发给您。任何问题请联系我,乐意为您效劳。)

第七步:更新报价单,整理资料

邮件发出后会有相当一部分客户要更新报价,所以更新报价单是紧接着要做的事情。如果有涨价想法的小伙伴一定不要错过这次调整报价的机会。
总的来说,应当根据主次和轻重缓急完成好工作,刚刚开工有个适应期,能完成前面的几项工作就很给力了。

2、写给订单可能出现延误的客户

3、写给订单谈妥待付定金的客户

I hope everything is all right.
We return to work today and I look forward to getting back up to speed with a renewed sense of energy and enthusiasm.
I am writing to follow up if you could arrange advance payment this week. As you know, currently it is peak period and we are experiencing a high volume of orders. The earlier you can place the order, the sooner we can schedule the production.
Thank you for your cooperation.

4、写给询过价的客户

We get back to work officially from the CNY holiday. This is a gentle follow-up on the proposal (或quotation) I sent earlier. Do you have any questions?
In any case, I am attaching herewith the file again and waiting for your feedback.

注:如节后价格涨价,可以这样说: Because of the raw material increase, attached is the updated price list(适用于原材料波动,价格需重新更新给询价客户)
注:如可以允许有降价空间,可以这样说:We are giving you X% discount during this holiday season. (适用于节前细节谈拢,卡在价格上,可以借这个节点适当让利一点,促成订单)
愿一切安好。
我们已经结束春节假期,正式复工了。温馨提醒下,之前发给你的方案(或报价),你是否有任何疑问呢?

5、写给潜在新客户

Hi [name],
Hope all is well with you. (如果写给马来西亚、印尼、新加坡、韩国等国家的客户,因为他们受中国文化影响,也过春节,可以说,Hope you had a wonderful holiday!)
We got to know that you are in the market for [product]. I’ve attached our product list (或 price list for you to check out).
I remain available to discuss further on Zoom or WhatsApp [+86 123-456-789].
